1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for using the Store and the conditions for concluding sales agreements.

3. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit that places an order in the Store.
4. Product – the item/service available in the Store that is the subject of the sales agreement between the Customer and the Seller.

3. Conclusion of the Agreement

1. Orders are placed via the form available on the Store’s website.
2. Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement.
3. The agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order acceptance by the Seller, which is sent to the Customer at the e-mail address provided in the order form.

 

4. Products

1. All Products offered in the Store are intended solely for research and scientific purposes.
2. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the information about the Products is consistent with reality, however, it does not bear responsibility for any errors in the descriptions.

 

5. Prices and Payment

1. Product prices are given in the currency indicated on the Store’s website and are gross prices.
2. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are added to the order price and indicated in the order process.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. A change in prices does not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
4. The Customer can choose a payment method from the available options indicated in the order process.
5. In the case of payment by transfer or card, the order processing begins after the full amount is credited to the Seller’s bank account.

 

6. Delivery

1. Delivery of Products takes place to countries indicated in the order form as available delivery options.
2. The order processing time is up to 3 business days and is counted from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller’s account (with the exception of payment on delivery).
3. The given processing times are indicative and do not form part of the sales agreement. The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from the fault of the carrier, force majeure, or other reasons independent of the Seller.
4. The Customer is obliged to check the shipment in the presence of the carrier’s employee to confirm any damage or incompleteness. In case of damage or incompleteness of the shipment, the Customer is obliged to prepare a damage report, which is the basis for considering a complaint.

 

7. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

1. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The right to withdraw does not apply if the product packaging has been opened after delivery.
3. The costs of returning the Product are borne by the Customer.

 

8. Complaints

1. The Seller is responsible for non-compliance of the Product with the agreement.
2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address indicated on the Store’s website.
3. The Seller considers the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
4. The Seller is not responsible for mechanical damage to the Products that occurred during transport, unless the Customer has prepared a damage report in accordance with § 6 sec. 4.

 

9. Protection of Personal Data

1. The administrator of Customers’ personal data is the Seller.
2. Data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Detailed rules for data processing are contained in the Privacy Policy.

 

10. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of applicable law shall apply.
2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes enter into force after prior announcement on the Store’s website.
